I don’t know when I last had the privilege of seeing both Andrew and Naomi on Father’s Day. But yesterday, right here at the family reunion in North Georgia, my cup was full.
It really doesn’t take much to make me happy! First, I already am a happy man; then, and this is why, I try hard to be attuned to my blessings.
Well I didn’t have to look far this Father’s Day. Waking up to enjoy a cup of coffee on the porch with Rebekah; having both Andrew and Naomi right here; those beautiful grandchildren too, it just keeps getting better and better.
So I’m not sure about “righteous” – thought I do try hard to live with integrity. But the blessed part? I’ve got that in spades.
