Today I am indulging in what is essentially a gratuitous display of photographs from Miami. Naomi’s eye for a great picture is in top form, and the subject matter – of course – just adds to the beauty.

This month marks one full year since Craig and Naomi moved their family to The Sunshine State, and one full year since we have seen any of them “in person”.

As you already know from reading other posts, South Florida seems to agree with the family. The children – now nine, seven, and three months – are thriving, Craig is doing stellar work for Trader Joe’s, and Naomi is juggling running the household and the kids’ virtual learning with her usual verve and style.

But it is the beach pictures that tell the story best, capturing the sun and the fun and the iconic Florida light.

Enjoy these photos from the Campbell family’s Thursday afternoon beach run. Then be thankful that there is such light and joy and enthusiasm in this sometimes difficult world.
