Today Rebekah and I are working at the Wake Forest house. No WiFi anymore so I am doing what I did on the cruise ship, a simple post directly from my phone.

I can’t think of anything better to share than October’s last sunset, driving from Tarboro to Wake Forest.

No matter what happens – “the good the bad and the ugly” – each day the sun sets and the next morning it is back. October had everything, the remarkably wonderful and the deeply troubling. But the most consistent was – and remains – God’s unwavering faithfulness, the deep deep love of Jesus, and the refreshing presence of the Holy Spirit.
