But to all who received him, who believed in his name, he gave power to become children of God, who were born, not of blood or of the will of the flesh or of the will of man, but of God. And the Word became flesh and lived among us, and we have seen his glory, the glory as of a father’s only son, full of grace and truth. (John 1)
Christmas morning! Advent is over, and now it’s time to celebrate the Twelve Days of Christmas!
Our big gift is coming around noon today, when Naomi and Craig roll in, hauling our grandchildren with them. Oh. My. Goodness.
LIFE! Christmas Eve at WFPC was a riot of life, praise, music, scripture, color, candles, fun, and heartfelt worship.
The community gathered, and the community gave its best for Jesus. What could be a better investment of such creativity and talent?
So this morning, irrespective of how many of you actually turn on your computers and read these words, I am posting this testimony to Christmas joy!
MORE LIFE! The Word became flesh, for us; and the Word is living among us! We can see his glory – the evidence is everywhere; and we are witnesses to the goodness and the abundant awesomeness of God.
Merry Christmas, good friends! May the rich blessings of God’s great gift bear much fruit in your lives!
