“meme of the week” – a new gift for my readers

DSC_0293-001NEW FEATURE! Happy Friday, friends! Today I’m introducing something new that I pray will prove to be both a source of encouragement to you and an exciting new vehicle of communication for me.

Yesterday I finally figured out how to put words on my photographs (yes, I acknowledge I’m a little slow when it comes to technology!).

So, one day per week (most likely over the weekend), I intend to design and share a new “meme” via Life, Gratitude, Faith, & Passion. I’m a fairly good photographer, and I produce some “meme-worthy” writing from time to time. So I’m going to pair the two, hopefully offering ideas that can be shared to enrich lives and encourage people on their journey as intentional disciples.

This inaugural meme combines words from a post earlier this week (the power of words, and our responsibility to love out loud) with a photograph I took in Midland, Michigan, July 6, 2013 – the happy day of Andrew and Alicia’s wedding.

Enjoy, and – please – feel free to share – DEREK
