The Lord bless you and keep you;
Numbers 6:24-26
the Lord make his face shine on you
and be gracious to you;
the Lord turn his face toward you
and give you peace.
Today – following a couple of relatively quiet “Photo-Friday” posts – I have some wonderful images to share. The photography, like my writing, has fallen victim to the lack of opportunity I have to focus (not a deliberate pun, but I will take it anyway!).
Sure, a lot of serendipity falls into my lap, both words and images; but I am all too conscious of the fact that my day-to-day routine does not (currently) allow for my undivided attention, and focus is a luxury I miss very much.
Regardless, I pray that you will enjoy this collection of photos I consider worth sharing.
- People: Our daughter, Naomi, with Geoffrey and then Beks. My mother on her birthday, modeling her new cardigan.
- Still life: Glass balls in the early morning light.
- Animals: Max, coming up onto the deck. Then a hawk, making a rare visit to our garden.
- Places: Morning coffee on the deck. My parents’ wooded front garden.
Enjoy the pictures, then enjoy a beautiful weekend.
Peace and blessings – DEREK
