So then, with endurance, let’s also run the race that is laid out in front of us, since we have such a great cloud of witnesses surrounding us. Let’s throw off any extra baggage, get rid of the sin that trips us up, and fix our eyes on Jesus, faith’s pioneer and perfecter.

Hebrews 12:1-2

Just for fun (fun for me, maybe not for you!) I decided to do a video post today.

This is in response to some folk who have been telling me they would like to see more of these, and also a few who have expressed interest in hearing my voice.

Essentially, this is commentary in response to finishing up the on-site, supervised/coached portion of my physical therapy and moving into the day-to-day “taking care of business” on my end.

Also, and this may be of interest to those curious about all things English such as cricket, I talk a little about my history with the game.
