Life in small increments (from 1/5th to 1/497th) #PhotoFriday
– HMPS during my evening walk
“Photography is a love affair with life.”
Burk Uzzle
This has been such a busy week (with much more to come), featuring so many interesting photographs to choose from. Fact is I have run out of days to write about everything that has been going on, so I will likely post twice just to help me begin to get caught up.
But first here is the traditional “Photo Friday” collection, ranging from the gorgeous farm scene (pictures of roads and paths always seem to be calling to me), to the mill, to Tuesday evening’s thoughtful and interesting history lecture (it will eventually have its own post), to the ongoing work at 408 Saint Patrick, to an important day’s yard work over in Wake Forest, to a little night photography around the neighborhood.
I really do resonate with today’s quote from photojournalist Burk Uzzle, “Photography is a love affair with life.”
For today, may peace be your constant companion – DEREK
