February turned out to be a much more photo-friendly month than expected, featuring sunshine, snow, progress on the Saint Patrick Street house and a number of interesting events. All told, I’d say my camera had a good run.
Photography can be as complicated, or as simple, as we make it. It is possible to walk around with $25,000 worth of camera equipment or simply the smartphone in your back pocket. Regardless, in the final analysis, it is all about the framing, the light, and the story. Oh, and one more thing, this important question: “Are we paying attention.”
On a day-to-day basis, the photographs you find in this blog reveal how much I have been paying attention, how “awake” that I am. Of course there is story in every moment, and beauty too.

What beautiful pictures! What’s amazing to me is that Matthew 622 speaks to me personally because I have just undergone eye surgery. There was a mass in my eye, but it was attached to my tear duct. When my eyeball was unharmed. Then the doctor revealed to me that the shape of the mass was the shape of a heart❤️🩹 in June 22 is my birthday. I say all this to share how much the Lord does love us even through difficult times. In my prayer is that I wish shine more of his life to the world and not focus so much on areas that I am lacking in.
