MIDLAND, MICHIGAN: This morning we’re leaving Midland, after a wonderful five days of wedding, Pashby hospitality, and family togetherness. Midland is a cool community, with an idyllic, walk-able, downtown, plus parks and gardens all over the place. The town’s trademark feature is “The Tridge,” a three-way bridge where two rivers come together. Hence the photo – above – of me on one of the spans.

The other three photos, below (all four are iPhone 4 shots) feature Rebekah in front of The Tridge, grandson David working his dad’s iPhone at breakfast, and Rebekah with our new granddaughter, Rebekah Mae.
