In a world intent on building walls, Jesus says, “Come to the Table.”
“Come to me, all you who are struggling hard and carrying heavy loads, and I will give you rest. Put on my yoke, and learn from me. I’m gentle and humble. And you will find rest for yourselves. My yoke is easy to bear, and my burden is light.” Mathew 11:28-30
In a world that seems intent on building walls, slamming doors in people’s faces, and drawing lines in the sand, we say, “Come to the Table.”
9:00 and 11:15. All are welcome. Exactly who and as you are. That’s what Jesus means by come.
