So this is me very happy to be picking up Andrew, Alicia and Mr. T. at the Raleigh/Durham airport Thursday evening.

And now this is me realizing I have a five-year-old in the house and probably won’t get much writing done over the next few days!

One more observation. Today is our son Andrew’s 43rd birthday. How did that happen? I turned 43 in 1999 and it does not seem that long ago.
