January 2026 was a busy month and a pretty good start to the New Year, featuring a lot of good people, some meaningful events, a successful trip to Florida (getting Naomi hooked up with her apartment), more extreme cold weather and ice than I have seen in decades, and even one (sort of) round of golf.

Along the way there were enough interesting photographs to tell the story of this month without having to do any reading.
