It goes without saying that we are all happy when our children are happy. And when they are beautiful and happy, having the time of their lives, then that’s absolutely a bonus.

So this is Naomi, our youngest, and her husband Craig. The occasion is a district Trader Joe’s party, where Craig is a well respected Captain (manager).

Craig (and we’ve been told we’re not supposed to brag about him, “It’s not the Trader Joe’s way“…) has been absolutely kicking it in management since he was invited to move to Florida. And Naomi has been absolutely more than kicking it as “Mrs. Captain” in every possible way. But don’t worry, we’re not bragging, we’re just the proud parents.

Portraits Plus:

Overall, it was a good weekend for portraits.

First, me and Rebekah heading out to church Sunday morning – you know, trying to give the younger generation a little encouragement in the glamor department! Regardless, she always makes me look better.

Then me and Max in one of those classic “it takes a few miscues before the dog actually looks at the camera” sequences (make your way through the slide show to see).

Max – who is undeniably photogenic – is markedly uncooperative when he senses I am trying to get him to pose. He’s Paparazzi averse.
