I like what I am seeing here! (#photofriday)

I have a lot of images for Photo Friday this week. The spring-like weather has been absolutely beautiful, plus there has been a lot going on over at the house. Pouring concrete, leveling, talking about last-minute details, taking care of things nobody tends to notice, bringing everything this close to fruition.

Plus I have a couple of shots from walking the neighborhood.

There is a lot to talk about, but it’s photo Friday, so today I will simply explain the pictures in the gallery, below:

  1. Rebekah with Gayle and John Akerman (great friends from Wake Forest; John is our realtor).
  2. Rebekah with Aaron Riggs (owner/developer/contractor) and Eddie (carpenter and lead renovation guy – Eddie can do anything!).
  3. Front walk demolition/repair.
  4. Rebekah talking it over with the guys.
  5. All hands on deck.
  6. The house.
  7. Concrete truck delivering.
  8. Looking down Saint James Street toward the church.
  9. The church from Saint Patrick Street.
  10. Walking the neighborhood – Church Street.
  11. The Tar Thursday morning.

If it looks to you like we are closing in on wrapping things up, you may possibly be right. But only possibly. We really don’t know!

But I do like what we are seeing here. Enjoy the photographs – DEREK
