To be honest, it’s always mystified me why church attendance goes down in the summer. Sure, when you’re on a boat it’s impossible to show up at church building; but the majority of the time, no matter where we are, there’s pretty much nothing that can stop us from gathering with some community of faith, some church, some body of believers.
